What should I do if I have problems with my electricity or gas supply?
 

If your supply is disrupted or interrupted or you are experiencing any type of fault or failure, you should contact the faults number on your bill first. If you cannot locate that number then call us on 13 Dodo (13 36 36) and we will transfer you to your distributor.

If you call outside our standard business hours of 8am-7pm we are still able to assist through our afterhours faults team.
