Accessing your Dodo Webmail

  • To access your Dodo webmail, click here
  • Once on the webmail login screen, simply enter the complete email address and password and click the Login button to continue

Using Webmail - Basic

1. Checking Inbox Messages
Once logged into Webmail. You will see your inbox, just as shown below.

To view messages in other folders, simply select the folder of your choice on the left side of the screen.

2. Deleting Messages
To delete messages, simply do the following:

  • Access the folder from which you are going to delete messages.
  • Click the message you wish to delete and click delete icon from the top of your screen as shown below

3. Deleting Multiple Messages
To delete all or many messages you may select multiple messages using the options on the bottom left of the screen, as shown below

Using Webmail - Advanced

  1. Creating folders
  2. Moving messages to folders
  3. Enable HTML editor

1. Creating Folders

  • To create a folder, click the cog on the bottom left

  • Select Manage folders from the options

  • Once on the Manage folders section click the + icon

  • Enter the Folder name and select the Parent folder from the drop down list and click the Save button. The folder will now be added to the Folders list on the left

2. Moving Messages to Folders

  • Select the messages you wish to move, click the cog icon at the top of the screen, select the "Move to…" option from the drop down list options and then the folder you wish to move the message to.

3. Enable HTML Editor

To use HTML follow the steps below

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Select “Composing Messages” from the panel on the left
  3. Select “Compose HTML messages”
  4. Select your choice from the drop down menu
  5. Click “Save” at the bottom of the screen
