My Dodo

When you first sign up for a Dodo service you’ll get a welcome email which will contain instructions on how to set up a My Dodo account*.

All you have to do is click on the supplied link and follow the step by step instructions.

Once complete, visit my.dodo.com and log in with your Username and Password, and you’ll be able manage all your services in one place.

MyDodo is your online one stop shop where you can manage all your Dodo accounts 24/7 whether it's gas, electricity, internet or mobile.

Updating your payment method

You can update or change your payment method by using My Dodo, simply login and follow these steps:

1. Once you have logged it to MyDodo, select the Update payment details from the Quick links section.

Simply login to My Dodo and raise a Support Request by clicking the “Support Request” quick link.

When sending the request, please ensure to include their full name, date of birth, contact number, contact email and full address.

Login to My Dodo and click the “Update account details” button in the quick links section, or, select Account from the top right of the screen.

From here you can update your MyDodo username and password.

You can also update your contact and address information for each of your dodo services.
