My Dodo is your online one stop shop where you can manage all your Dodo accounts 24/7 whether it's gas, electricity, internet or mobile. 

My Dodo gives you secure online access to:

  • Viewing and paying your bills
  • Updating your payment details including direct debits
  • Updating your personal details (email, contact numbers etc.)
  • Setting up a payment plan or extension
  • Requesting a refund
  • Reviewing your energy usage and history
  • Chat to a team member using Dodo Live Chat
  • Create an online support request

How do I create a My Dodo account?

When you first sign up for a Dodo service you’ll get a welcome email which will contain instructions on how to set up a My Dodo account*.

All you have to do is click on the supplied link and follow the step by step instructions.

Once complete, visit and log in with your Username and Password, and you’ll be able manage all your services in one place.

Don't have a Dodo service yet? Signing up to Dodo couldn’t be easier. Simply visit to see Dodo’s amazing value plans.

*The welcome email link will expire after 3 days. Welcome emails for Dodo Mobile are sent upon service activation. If you have any difficulties, simply head to and click “I forgot my details” to get started.


How do I retrieve my login details?

What is My Dodo?

To log in to My Dodo, visit

Enter your email address and password on the login page, then click ‘Let’s Go.’

Next, you’ll need to choose a delivery method to receive your account verification code.

Once you receive the verification code, enter it and click ‘Let’s Go’ to complete the login.

We will not provide passwords over the phone, email or chat.

If you’ve forgotten your password you can reset it here, just enter your email address* and we’ll send you instructions via email.
